docPlus is a cloud-based clinic management software for Indian healthcare providers. It includes patient management, appointments, prescriptions, billing, lab orders, and document generation.

3. Subscription and billing

docPlus offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to patient data privacy.

5. Limitation of liability

docPlus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
