docPlus ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your patient data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our clinic management software.

2. Data we collect

We collect information you provide directly: patient records, consultation notes, prescriptions, billing information, and clinic configuration data. We also collect usage data to improve our service.

3. How we use data

We use your data solely to provide the docPlus service — managing patient records, generating reports, and enabling clinic workflows. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use patient data for advertising.

4. Data security

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption. We follow security best practices and are designed to be compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023.

5. Data ownership

You own your patient data. You can export all data at any time. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible for 30 days before permanent deletion.
